We cross breed
heritage-breed pigs to achieve rich, dark, micro-marbled pork flavor with
ample fat. Our goal is to produce pork with creamy mono-unsaturated fat
that can make pork the most desirable and healthy meat in the world.
Our pigs are
raise in large forest paddocks, where they can supplement their feed with
natural forage like nuts, roots, grubs and woodland fauna. We also
supplement them with seasonal extras like local apples, melons and pumkins. |
